Guess who’s in the box?

If you said Charlemagne, the originator of Christianity as we know it, then you’d be correct. Toady, we made a return trip to the Aachen Cathedral to catch a tour that would allow us to get near the good stuff, Charlemagne and reliquaries, religious artifacts that cathedrals used to draw pilgrims. If you are interested, Aaachen will be holding it’s next pilgrimage in 2021. We were informed by a follower….ahem, Mrs. Fehr, that the Netherlands extended far south and we were only 4 kilometers from the border, so Rufus showed the way and we popped into visit the Dutch.
