Many of you have asked previously about driving here in Europe. The main difference between the United States and Europe are the roads. They are by far the smoothest and safest roads I’ve ever driven on. They are wide, fast and have excellent signage to tell you where and when to get off or on. There are barriers that separate you from the on coming traffic, and to keep you from flying off the road. Speed, lets talk about it. We’ve been fairly conservative when driving, cruising between 140-155 kmh. If we’ve used the apps on our phone correctly, that’s 90-100 mph. But, you feel safe because everyone is going that speed. Now, we have been passed by some cars that have been traveling in the 200 kmh category, that’s a whole other ballgame. Watch the video above, it’s kinda hokey but gives you an idea of the roads and such. Sorry for the sound. Our GoPro Hero 2 has been used in some loud situations and I believe the mic may have been harmed.
