Bill is on the road again, or at least he is supposed to be. Multiple flight cancellations have gotten this NEH and Fund for Teachers sponsored trip off to a bit of a bumpy start, but here’s to hoping things smooth out! If so, look forward to details about Bill’s 10 day adventure exploring Guam and joining a teacher institute on Saipan to explore the events of WWII and their legacy on the people of the region then and now.
